   The SecureSDK DLLs:


The SecureSDK DLL are required files by SecureSDK™ samples to run.


They implement the SecureENCODE and SecureDECODE actions.

The SecureENCODE SDK DLL is a required file by the SecureSDK™ samples to run.


It implements the encoding action (we call SecureENCODE) which creates the binary difference file from the source and target files
