   SecureDECODE SDK Dynamic Link Library


The SecureDECODE SDK DLL is a required file by the SecureSDK™ samples to run.


It implements the decoding action (we call SecureDECODE) which performs the opposite of the SecureENCODE action.


As SecureENCODE will create the binary difference file from the source and target files, SecureDECODE performs the opposite which means it will recreate an exact copy of the original target file by updating the source file on the remote machine.
